Shandong Qigang Steel Structure is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, the gathering place of China's steel structure industry. Relying on the strategic location advantage adjacent to the three major ports of Qingdao, Rizhao, and Lianyungang, the company has created a steel structure intelligent manufacturing industrial ecosystem that can "reach the whole country within 5 hours and connect the world within 48 hours".
The company covers an area of 260 mu. Since 2010, QiGang people have built a full lifecycle service system integrating intelligent R&D, digital design, flexible manufacturing, and EPC general contracting with unremitting professional spirit and over a decade of professional advantages. It has introduced 8 sets of intelligent equipment clusters, including TRUMPF ultra-high power industrial fiber laser equipment from Germany, seamlessly connecting with professional technical software like TAKLA and BIM, and building a 5G+MES production management system, achieving an annual production capacity breakthrough of 100,000 tons, with key component precision controlled to millimeter-level standards.
The company has assembled a team of technical experts from the United States, Japan, Germany, and China to innovatively develop the prefabricated steel structure 4.0 system, deeply integrating BIM digital twin, carbon-neutral building technology, and intelligent health monitoring systems, forming 10 standardized solutions covering commercial complexes, transportation hubs, and industrial modular buildings. It has obtained 3 provincial technical regulations as chief editor of national steel structures.
As of today, Qigang Steel Structure has participated in the construction of over 600 landmark projects, from industrial manufacturing parks to urban complexes, from educational and medical buildings to logistics cold chain industrial parks, cumulatively creating over tens of millions of square meters of high-quality building space.

Dreaming of setting sail, we laid the first steel beam in a humble factory, with an annual output of only 1800 tons, a building area of 3500㎡, and 10 pioneers fighting side by side.

Walking unsteadily yet firmly, production capacity increased to 2500 tons with a building scale of 50000㎡. 13 employees won the trust of the first batch of important customers with their superb skills.

The first professional production line has been put into operation, efficiency has leaped, annual output has exceeded 4000 tons, building scale 80000㎡, team has expanded to 20 people, the blueprint is beginning to take shape.

A solid foundation of quality, achieved through industry qualification upgrades, with a production capacity of 5500 tons and a building scale of 110,000㎡, guarded by 33 skilled craftsmen to maintain a strong reputation.

With the market opening up and a surge in orders, production capacity has jumped to 6800 tons, with a construction scale of 130,000 ㎡. 50 employees are working together, and the blueprint for the new factory area has been drawn.

Milestone laid! A modern factory has been built, with production doubled to 8200 tons and a construction area of 160,000㎡. A team of 63 people welcomes a new chapter of development.

The workshop added 2 new processing lines into production, automated equipment is boosting production, annual output climbed to 10,000 tons, building area of 200,000 sqm, and 74 employees have become practitioners of lean production.
