Color coated steel coil

Also known as color-coated steel coils, these are made by using cold-rolled steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets as substrates on a continuous production line. After pretreatment processes such as surface degreasing, phosphating, and chromate treatment, liquid coatings are applied to the surface of the steel sheets using processes such as roll coating and spray coating. After baking and curing, coils with various colors and patterns are produced.
